Last year, I launched an online course on how to deprogram your limerent brain. This year, I’ve been revising and updating it, in amongst all the other craziness that 2020 has thrown at us all.
I’m happy to announce that the new and improved emergency deprogramming course is now available!
It also now comes in two flavours: the core course which leads through the step by step process of deprogramming, and an advanced version that includes extra material that goes deeper into some of the hardest challenges. The advanced course also has an audio series on all aspects of limerence, which will continue to grow over time. I even managed to talk my wife into contributing to that one ๐
So, this is a quick head’s up to let everyone know.
What’s on offer
This is a course for those who want to quickly get control of their limerence. It uses all the best psychological techniques I know for reversing the brain-training that we limerents unwittingly inflict upon ourselves by naively chasing limerent reward.
Without realising what we’re doing, we reinforce the habits and behaviours that get us hooked on another person – and we only learn how deep the urge has become once we try to stop. And find we can’t.
This course is designed to help you understand what’s happened, learn how to reverse the training, and give you the tools to win lasting freedom.
Full details are available on the course site.

I just finished deprogamming course mark 1 and I feel like….
THE QUEEN OF PURPOSEFUL LIVING!!!!!
I literally feel like I might do a jig after posting this comment.
And I am so excited to start the Advanced program Mark 2!
I have a little notebook that has all my notes written in my flowing hand with my favourite fountain pen… I feel limer-invincible now. (See what I did there?)
Am going to refill with ink and start this second course tomorrow!
Thank you SO much for these resources. I am beating limerence, I really and truly am.
Ok off to do my jig now….

Congrats, Jaideux! That’s great news. Really glad it’s helped so much.
Plus, there is lots of new material in the advanced course, so you should be able to add many more notes in your stylish cursive ๐

Thank you for this. I’m excited to start, especially combined with the therapists guide that I sent my doctor. I’ve been in unintended NC for the past three months while I’ve been recovering from a suicide attempt over my current LE for a coworker. I’m kind of terrified to start back work in three weeks, so hopefully this will help. I’m grateful for all your efforts.
